General Description
L931-S pump controller is a compact wall mounted unit which will manage the operation of a Duty pump motor applicable for waste water management.
One inside built level transmitter will inform the controller when the container has been pumped dry, when a container is in danger of overflowing, or when a normal pump cycle needs to be initiated. Real time water level can be displaying on the LCD,pump can be cut in and cut off as per in-advanced setting of water level. A number of alarm conditions will be displayed and electronically recorded where normal operating limits have been exceeded.
L931-S unit features an advanced microprocessor controller bonded to the PCB boards within the enclosure. The unit will support one Three phase 380 VAC pumps rated up to 15KW
The controller unit is housed in a tough IP54 rated plastic enclosure with a LCD displaying front so that various status indicators may be viewed. This allows routine pump checks and maintenance to be carried out without the presence of an electrician. (Installation and maintenance of all electrical components will still require the presence of a qualified electrical contractor.
Other Features
Should tank levels become too high or too low, different audible and visual alarms will be triggered for the duration of the fault. A single or double flash will indicate the fault type.
The audible alarm may be muted as per setting time by briefly pressing an ‘STOP ‘Mute button on the front side of the cabinet.
Pump start delay time and pump stop delay time can be adjustment by user.
