To maintain the high stable quality and is our top priority, we set up our quality control and quality assurance department and ensure all procedure documents and working instruction being followed closely according to ISO standard and customer’s request.
Quality Process Control
1. before start manufacturing, QC team will verify the raw materials with BOM list to ensure the specification, size, model etc; verify the work instruction (WI) consistent with the customer order; inspect the instrument and fixture of production line, such as temperature of electric soldering iron,torque of pneumatic screw driver and record on corresponding report forms;
2. First Article Assurance (FAA): QC team check and verify the first finished product or semi-finished product of the current order production with BOM list and WI, fill in FAA report in time and report to management team for approval;
3. QC team inspect the semi-finished and finished products produced by the production line in 5pcs/ hours, if finding out any abnormal, timely request the production line stop line, report to management team for further actions;
4. QA team inspect the appearance and performance of the finished product produced by the line according to the order, and record it in the QA test report.
