Quality Process Control
1. before start manufacturing, QC team will verify the raw materials with BOM list to ensure the specification, size, model etc; verify the work instruction (WI) consistent with the customer order; inspect the instrument and fixture of production line, such as temperature of electric soldering iron,torque of pneumatic screw driver and record on corresponding report forms;
2. First Article Assurance (FAA): QC team check and verify the first finished product or semi-finished product of the current order production with BOM list and WI, fill in FAA report in time and report to management team for approval;
3. QC team inspect the semi-finished and finished products produced by the production line in 5pcs/ hours, if finding out any abnormal, timely request the production line stop line, report to management team for further actions.
